Service Description
Strength Training Sessions that consist of a maximum of 15 participants. This special is first come first serve. Our goal is to elevate your fitness level, improve your strength, sculpt your body, target those stubborn lagging muscle groups, and target your focus area! Customized workouts combined with hands on support & special attention to your needs will help to add more intention, rigor, structure, and variety to your current regimen. Limited Spacing Available.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Your first FITNESS ASSESSMENT BOOKING IS FREE. If you miss your appointment or same day cancel, there will be a fee for any future booking(s). All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or transfer of services. There are no refunds for missed or abbreviated sessions. You must go online to cancel your reservation in advance. Same day cancellations and no shows will result in loss of your session. Extensions/Pauses are only permitted in the case of an emergency or for other reasons deemed permissible at the owner's (Charles/ Charlesha)/ the trainer's discretion. Booking General Services: You must reserve your spot for each session 2 weeks prior to the scheduled session. You may do so through visiting chasingtransformation.com. It is advised that you book your sessions in advance in order to guarantee your reservation. All sessions will be open to book 14 days prior to the actual date and close at 11:59pm EST the evening prior to the session. Your session reservation is not complete until you go online to secure your spot. The training schedule is subject to change with notice. Please note that this service may not be rendered every month. All participants will be notified in advance of the schedule and session availability.
